WESTERN OMELET 
1 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
4 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Chopped green peppers
Chopped cooked ham
Grated cheddar cheese
Chopped tomato

No more than 1/2 cup total of all ingredients.

In 9 inch microwave dish melt butter on high for 30 seconds. Combine eggs, water and salt with butter. Beat with fork lightly. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on roast setting (70%) for 3 minutes. Stir lightly. Recover and bake (60%) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until almost set in center. Let stand covered for 1 to 2 minutes. Place green peppers, ham, cheese and tomato on one half. Fold other half over and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
