HOT DAGOS 
5 lb. pork butt (coarse ground)
2 lbs. ground beef
3 tsp. salt
4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
6 tbsp. fennel seed
3 tbsp. crushed red pepper

Mix ingredients well, let stand about 2 hours. Form into patties.

Makes about 20 large size patties. Brown in 350 degree oven on cookie sheet 20 minutes. Cook in spaghetti sauce one hour. Serve on French bread.

Variation: Hot Italian sausage may be used instead of pork butt.
