TOMATO STUFFED WITH CRABMEAT 
3/4 c. flaked crabmeat
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
12 plum or 24 cherry tomatoes
Hard boiled egg yolk

Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and parsley. Fold in the crabmeat. Remove center from tomatoes and carefully scoop out the pulp, seeds and juice.

Season the tomatoes inside with salt and pepper if desired. Stuff the tomatoes with the crabmeat mixture and sprinkle with finely chopped egg yolk. Refrigerate until serving time.
