1 carton cherry tomatoes
1 c. tuna or chicken salad

Prepare chicken or tuna salad. Rinse tomatoes. Cut tops off tomatoes and save. Cut an "X" into top of tomato and scoop out. Stuff tomatoes with salad and replace tops.
