NUTTIE FINGERS 
2 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
4 c. sifted self-rising flour
2 tsp. vanilla
4 drops almond extract
2 c. chopped pecans
Enough water to mix

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour a cup at a time. When mixture starts to get tough to mix, add water, vanilla, almond extract and pecans. Pinch dough into marble size pieces and roll in hands to make fingers. Cook on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees, 8 to 10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
