DANISH FINGERS 
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. real butter
Pinch of salt
1 c. finely chopped almonds or pecans

Mix all ingredients above together. If cookie dough seems too dry, add 2 teaspoons water. Roll in finger lengths. Bake at 350 degrees about 10-12 minutes (don't overbake). As soon as removed from oven, roll in powdered sugar. Makes 4 dozen.
