DANISH DESSERT 
1/2 c. pecan nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Mix as a pie dough and sprinkle in 9x9 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Pat down, lightly, with fork. Let cool.

Mix: 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) size Cool Whip

Spread on the cooled crust.

TOPPING:

1 box Strawberry Danish Dessert
1 c. water
1 c. juice from berries (to make up the 2 c. liquid required)

Cook as directed on box. Add frozen strawberries or fresh berries. Spread on top of other mixture. Let set at least 3 hours.

(Red Raspberry Danish and red raspberry make a delicious variety!)
