STRAWBERRY DANISH 
1 loaf of angel food cake
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
Approx. 1 qt. of strawberries
Strawberry glaze

Tear angel food cake into little pieces. Beat softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and fold in Cool Whip. Mix angel food cake with cream cheese mixture and blend well. Put into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.

Clean and cut strawberries and add a small amount of sugar, just to sweeten a little. Let set several hours and then drain. Put strawberries in glaze and put on top of cake mixture. Refrigerate.
