VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI 
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped coarse
3 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
8 oz. spaghetti or other pasta
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk

In large skillet, saute garlic and onion in butter until onion is tender. Add broccoli, peas, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender (5 to 8 minutes). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti following package directions. Drain lightly; toss with vegetable mixture, Parmesan, and milk. Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
