EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box Uncle Bens's flavored wild rice, long grain and wild rice
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery, lots of leaves
1 can chopped pimientos
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 to 3 c. cooked, diced chicken meat

Cook rice wiht onion and celery, following directions on bow. Do not use instant rice. Stir in pimientos, water chestnuts, and soup. Mix with chicken; put in casserole; bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
