EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Place 1 cup regular rice in casserole. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup water. Stir with finger. Place skinned chicken pieces on rice.

Melt 1/2 stick butter. Mix 1/3 cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon mustard, dash of Worcestershire and enough water to equal 1 1/2 cups. Mix well. Add melted butter. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Favorite recipe of Benson Mattison
