QUICK & EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Butter a pyrex dish. Put layer of wide noodles or rice on bottom of dish. Lay cut up chicken on top. Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups water (may be a little more if using rice). Pour over chicken, add finely chopped onion. Cover with foil. Bake in 325 degree oven for 2 hours.
