DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) macaroni
2 pkg. dried beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion
1 lb. cheese, Velveeta, Colby or choice
1 (11x13 inch) baking dish

Saute dried beef and onions in skillet. Boil macaroni. Combine macaroni, dried beef, mushroom soup and cheese into 11 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Thank you for the recipe. I used what I had on hand, 1 jar dried beef, 1 can cream of celery, a little leftover chopped bell pepper (red, yellow, green, orange), a half cup onions, 1 lb velveeta in tiny cubes, a little black pepper, a tsp chives (dried), 1 small jar pimentos, and 1 tbsp dried parsley.

It was delicious. I have to admit, after it was put together I put it in the fridge for later. And later I really didn't think it would turn out. But when I woke from a nap my family had baked it and eaten half the pan. I woke to praise and happiness at this meal. Thank you for the idea of the dried beef velveeta casserole. I will try it your way next time. I know that it will be just as tasty.
