2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; put in 2 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Makes 8 generous servings.
