FAMILY MEAT LOAF | |
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 eggs 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 c. ketchup 4 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. prepared mustard In large mixing bowl mix well the beef, bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Put in a loaf pan. For sauce, mix together remaining ingredients and place on top of meat loaf, spreading evenly. Bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour 15 minutes or 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
