FAMILY MEAT LOAF RING 
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 lbs. lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 med. onion
1/4 c. cracker crumbs (or 1/4 c. oats)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine brown sugar, tomato sauce and mustard. Set aside. Combine beef, onion, cracker crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce mixture and stir until well mixed. Place mixture in 8 cup microproof ring mold (or shape into ring in regular microproof dish). Pour remaining tomato sauce over meat. Cook on high 18 to 20 minutes or until done. 6 servings. Cooking time: 18 to 20 minutes.
