JALAPENO POPPER SPREAD 
This is excellent and super easy. Always sure to please. I created this after making actual stuffed jalapeno peppers with "hot" peppers. My parents were cutting the stuffed peppers in half and placing on a cracker to cut the heat. I then decided to add sour cream and make it a dip. Everyone loves this!

1 cup dairy sour cream
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 cup jalapenos (hot)
2 cups sharp cheddar (thickly shredded)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 scallion onions, chopped (for garnish)

Chop scallion onions. Chop jalapenos very fine. Mix dairy sour cream, cream cheese, jalapenos, cheddar cheese and garlic powder. Save small amount of cheddar and scallions to garnish the top.

Note: The best jalapenos I have found so far are Delallo brand. You want them hot! Give or take according to your liking with all ingredients.
