CHICKEN SPAGHETTI | |
3-4 lb. chicken 1 lb. spaghetti 1 stick butter 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 lg. green pepper, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. garlic salt 1 can cream soup - mushroom or celery 1 lg. can tomatoes, chopped and juice 8 oz. each Mozzarella cheese and cheddar, grated Salt, pepper Boil chicken (save broth to cook spaghetti). Debone chicken; cook spaghetti in broth. Saute green pepper, onion, and celery in butter. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, soup, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Grease 9x12 pan. Mix sauce with cooked spaghetti and chicken. Dump into pan. Top with cheese and mix in slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8-10. |
