PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

CREAMY FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

CAKE: Combine sugar, eggs, pineapple and vanilla in mixer bowl; mix well. Mix in flour and soda. Stir in nuts. Spoon into greased and floured 10"x15" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Frost warm cake with creamy frosting. Cool. Store in refrigerator.

CREAMY FROSTING: Cream butter and cream cheese in mixer bowl until light. Blend in vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Mix in nuts.
