PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all of the ingredients including the can of pineapple juice and all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9x13 pan.

Blend frosting ingredients (cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla). Immediately upon removing cake from oven, pour on frosting. Refrigerate.
