PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, DO NOT DRAIN
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Put eggs, sugar, and oil in mixer until well mixed, then add pineapple. Then add flour, pecans, soda, and salt. Pour into greased sheet pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts

Mix together.
