MOM'S CHOCOLATE CHIP KMISH BREAD 
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped almonds or walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients together well. Form into long rolls diagonally across a cookie sheet. Space the rows 2 inches apart to prevent touching during baking. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Slice the rolls into 1/2 inch thick slices. Lay the slices on the cookie sheet and return to the oven for 5 minutes to dry them out. Turn and dry on other side 5 minutes. Cool and store airtight.
