PINEAPPLE - PEACH PRESERVES | |
2 c. peaches, chopped 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 5 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 bottle fruit pectin Combine peaches, pineapple and sugar in a bowl. Combine lemon juice and pectin in a separate bowl. Add fruit to this. Stir for 3 minutes. Spoon into containers. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Store in freezer. |
