ICING FOR PEACH PRESERVE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 orange, ground & drained
1 c. chopped nuts

Cook sugar and milk to hard ball stage. Stir in coconut, pineapple, orange and nuts. Assemble cake. Sprinkle top and sides with coconut and cherries.
