CHICKEN STROGANOFF 
3 c. cooked chicken
6 oz. egg noodles
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
Potato chips for top

Cook, debone and chop chicken. Cook egg noodles for 5 minutes, then drain. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients and put tin 2 quart casserole dish and crumble potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
