SAUERKRAUT SLAW 
1 lg. can kraut
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
Celery seeds

Drain juice off of sauerkraut. Add celery, green pepper and onion. Add your sugar, vinegar and oil. Sprinkle with celery seed. Let stand overnight.
