SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
1 (1 lb.) jar sauerkraut, drained
1 qt. relish
1 c. coarsely chopped lg. Spanish onion
1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
1 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Toss lightly, until well blended. Store in tightly covered 1 quart jar in refrigerator 24 hours before serving. Keeps about 2 weeks.
