SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained & rinsed
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar pimiento
Pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Drain well before serving. This salad travels well and is a good dish to take to picnics, reunions and cookouts.
