MARINADE 
1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves pressed garlic
Salt & pepper

Mix all and marinate at least overnight a 1 to 2 pound flank steak or London Broil. I put liquid and steak in a large plastic bag. Squeeze out all air and use a twist tie. Turn bag over once or twice during the day. After cooking the steak, boil marinade and use it as a sauce when meat is served. My children are crazy about it.
