SPECIAL MARINADE 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tsp. coarse pepper
1/3 c. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients; stir to blend. Make marinade a day ahead, if possible. Make 3 cups marinade. Marinate chicken or steak (flank steak is good). Charcoal or broil meat until down.
