GRAMMY'S MEAT MARINADE 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. red (burgundy) wine
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tbsp. black pepper

Mix all the above ingredients together. Pour over cubed or steak cut meat. Marinate (overnight is best). Rotate meat several times. Great for fondue! Also good grilled. Flank steak works well. Don't add salt to marinade.
