WILD GAME MARINADE SAUCE | |
1/3 c. lemon juice 2 crushed garlic cloves 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 1/2 c. salad oil 3/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. dry mustard 2 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. black pepper 1/2 c. wine vinegar Marinate as follows: Venison roasts - Up to 3 days; steaks - overnight or 1 day. Beef roasts - 1 to 2 days; steaks - overnight. Chicken - Use as baste when grilling. Rabbit - 1 day or use as baste. Good to cook roasts in when using slow cooker. Good baste for game birds (dove, quail, pheasant). |
