SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) Franco American-Mushroom Gravy

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except gravy. Shape into patties. In skillet, brown patties in shortening, pour off fat. Add gravy, cover; simmer 20 minutes. Stir. Garnish with parsley. 6 servings.
