1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Mix 1/4 cup of soup and remaining ingredients. Shape into patties and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Mix remainder of the soup with 1/3 cup of water. Pour over meat and bake an additional 15 minutes.
