1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 pkg. McCormick brown gravy mix

Combine the first five ingredients. Shape into six patties. Brown and pour off grease. Make gravy according to directions on the package. Pour over patties. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
