SALISBURY STEAK 
2 lb. hamburger
1 can onion soup
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 can tomato soup
1 can celery soup

Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion soup, and eggs as for meat loaf. Add salt to taste. Add more bread crumbs if needed. Make into patties; dip in flour and brown on each side.

Arrange in a greased baking dish. Make a gravy of one can of celery soup, one can of tomato soup and one can of water. Pour over the patties and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
