SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can shrimp, chopped up
1 sm. onion, chopped
Garlic, salt & pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese, sharp
Dash of Texas Pete hot sauce

Mix together cream cheese and sour cream. Add shrimp, onion, shredded cheese, hot sauce and seasonings. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Serve with crackers/raw vegetables.
