SHEPHERD PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 to 3 c. mashed potatoes

Mix beef, egg, salt, pepper and catsup together. Place in pie pan, bake 375 degrees until done. Process potatoes with milk. Spread over beef. Spread cheese over potatoes. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
