SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can tomato soup (undiluted and warmed)
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. onion (finely minced)
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 c. celery (finely minced)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shrimp (cut fine)

Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly and pour into molds that have been fairly heavily coated with mayonnaise. Refrigerate. Garnish with greens and lemon. Serve with crackers.
