CUCUMBER SOUR CREAM SALAD 
4 med. cucumbers
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dill weed

Wash and thinly slice cucumber. Place into large bowl. Stir together all remaining ingredients, except dill weed. Pour over cucumber and toss lightly. Sprinkle with dill weed. Cover and chill. Just before serving toss carefully. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

I also use this same recipe for young tender yellow and zucchini squash. It is delicious. I think I am going to even put a few radishes for a little spice. It is even better when it is freshly picked from the garden (thanks to my husband).
