GREEN ONION ROLL 
1/2 lb. butter, softened
Fresh green onions
1 loaf white bread, sliced
Garlic salt

Cut crust from bread slices. Spread each slice generously with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Place 1 onion, cut to fit on bread slice including the green top, on buttered slice of bread and roll up securing with a toothpick. Refrigerate until firm.
