CHEESE ONION ROLLS 
1/2 lb. butter
2 eggs
Pinch salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. flour

Mix butter, eggs, salt and sugar. Put yeast in with water and let rise for a few minutes. Add yeast mixture alternately with flour to first mixture. Knead and mix together. Put in refrigerator overnight.

Divide dough into 2 pieces. Roll out.

FILLING:

1 lg. grated onion
1/2 lb. farmer cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. sugar
Little milk, if hard

Mix filling mixture all together and spread 1/2 on each piece of dough. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Slice about 1 inch thick. Turn face up and put on floured greased cookie sheets. Let rise a little. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned.
