CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
14 1/2 oz. whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lg. can kidney beans with juice
2-3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown beef until no longer pink; add onions. Drain off grease. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer at least 45 minutes. Longer does not hurt.
