LOIS BARRY PRICE'S CHERRY
DESSERT
 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix crumbs and butter. Press 2/3 of mixture in bottom of pan.

1 can Eagle brand milk
1 c. cream, whipped
1 c. pie cherries, drained
Juice of 2 lemons
1 c. chopped pecans

Whip cream. Add lemon juice to Eagle brand milk. Add to cream and mix well. Fold in pecans and cherries. Pour over crumb layer. Top with remaining 1/3 of crumbs. Chill in refrigerator. This recipe can be prepared ahead of time and frozen.
