PETI CHERRY DESSERT 
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 can cherry pie filling

Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups. Combine wafers and melted butter. Spoon 1 tablespoonful into each paper cup. press down with juice glass. Mix cream cheese and beat until fluffy. Add sugar, lemon juice, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spoon on top of crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Chill. Top with canned cherry pie filling.
