EXOTIC CHICKEN SALAD 
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt (opt.)
4-5 c. cut up chicken or turkey
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. minced green pepper
2 tsp. grated onion
2/3 c. slivered toasted almonds
2 c. halved seedless green grapes

In a large bowl combine mayo, vinegar and salt. Add chicken and remaining ingredients, toss well, cover and refrigerate. Can serve with croissants.
