COTTAGE CHEESE LIME SALAD | |
3 oz. pkg. lime flavored gelatin 3 oz. pkg. lemon flavored gelatin 2 c. boiling water 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) carton creamed cottage cheese 8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple 6 oz. can evaporated milk 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Dissolve gelatins in boiling water. Chill until set. Combine remaining ingredients. Add gelatin; mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan for thinner or smaller pan for thicker pieces. Chill about 1 hour in refrigerator. |
