CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (15 oz.) can drained, whole kernel corn
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 box (8 1/2 oz.) corn bread mix
1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
1 stick butter
Chopped green peppers (opt.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in casserole dish and coat sides. Mix all ingredients, including butter. Bake for 1 hour or until not wiggly in center and is starting to pull away from sides and top is a golden brown. Serves 6 to 8.
