GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
2 c. green peppers (6) chopped
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
7 c. sugar
Green food coloring
1 bottle pectin

Combine all ingredients except pectin (color to please you) and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain and add pectin. Cool for 5 minutes. Heat again and boil 2 minutes. Pour into glasses (sterile).
