GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
2 c. ground bell peppers
7 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 bottle liquid pectin
Few drops green food coloring for color

Boil peppers, sugar and vinegar together for 6 minutes. Add the liquid pectin and boil for 3 minutes. Add food coloring. Pour into jars and seal. Makes about 12 1/2 pints.
